烤薯條 Baked French Fry

材料 Ingredients
馬鈴薯(大) Potato (large) 2 個 ea
特級初炸橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil 3 大匙 Tbs
紅燈籠辣椒粉 Ground paprika 1 小匙 tsp
番椒粉 Ground Cayenne pepper1/2 小匙 tsp
大蒜粉 Garlic powder 1 小匙 tsp
洋蔥粉 Onion powder 1 小匙 tsp
鹽 Salt1 小匙 tsp

做法
1.烤箱預熱到400˚F(205°C)。
2.馬鈴薯刷洗乾淨,擦乾後切成粗條。
3.將紅燈籠辣椒粉,番椒粉,大蒜粉,洋蔥粉和鹽在小碗裡拌勻後与馬鈴薯和橄欖油在大碗裡拌勻。
4.烤盤上鋪錫箔紙。將馬鈴薯平攤在烤盤內,彼此不要重疊。
5. 放進烤箱烤熟並呈金黃色,大約45分鐘。



PROCEDURE
1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F(205°C).
2.Scrub the potatoes clean. Dry with paper towels then cut them into thick strips or wedges.
3.Mix ground paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt in a small bowl. Then mix the spice mixture with the potatoes and olive oil in a large bowl.
4.Cover a baking sheet with foil paper. Spread the potatoes into a layer on the baking sheet.
5. Bake in the oven until the potatoes are cooked through and golden brown, approx. 45 minutes.
