1. | 烤箱預熱到400˚F(205°C)。 |
2. | 馬鈴薯刷洗乾淨,擦乾後切成粗條。 |
3. | 將紅燈籠辣椒粉,番椒粉,大蒜粉,洋蔥粉和鹽在小碗裡拌勻後与馬鈴薯和橄欖油在大碗裡拌勻。 |
4. | 烤盤上鋪錫箔紙。將馬鈴薯平攤在烤盤內,彼此不要重疊。 |
5. | 放進烤箱烤熟並呈金黃色,大約45分鐘。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Preheat the oven to 400˚F(205°C). |
2. | Scrub the potatoes clean. Dry with paper towels then cut them into thick strips or wedges. |
3. | Mix ground paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt in a small bowl. Then mix the spice mixture with the potatoes and olive oil in a large bowl. |
4. | Cover a baking sheet with foil paper. Spread the potatoes into a layer on the baking sheet. |
5. | Bake in the oven until the potatoes are cooked through and golden brown, approx. 45 minutes. |
